About Our Provider & Owner

With nearly two decades of experience in the field of Early Childhood Education, our Provider and Owner brings a deep passion, extensive knowledge, and a strong commitment to helping young children learn, grow, and thrive. Her years of experience working with young children and families have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the developmental, educational, social, and emotional needs of children during their earliest and most important years.

Our Provider and Owner holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Birth through 2nd Grade, providing her with advanced knowledge of child development, early learning practices, curriculum development, classroom management, and age-appropriate educational strategies. Her professional education and hands-on experience allow her to create meaningful learning experiences that support the whole child.

At Big Apple Little Learners Day Care, we believe that children learn best when they feel safe, loved, respected, and encouraged to explore. Our program is designed to provide a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can build confidence, develop independence, strengthen social skills, and develop a lifelong love of learning.

We understand that every child is unique and develops at their own pace. Our approach focuses on recognizing each child's individual strengths, interests, personality, and developmental needs. Through hands-on activities, creative play, books, music, art, early literacy, beginning math concepts, science exploration, movement, and social interaction, children are encouraged to learn through discovery and experience.

Our extensive background in Early Childhood Education also allows us to create an environment that balances learning and play. We believe play is an essential part of early childhood development and provides children with opportunities to practice communication, problem-solving, cooperation, creativity, self-expression, and critical-thinking skills.

Most importantly, we strive to build strong and trusting relationships with families.
